Frequently asked questions
1. When will I get my files?
Right after payment. Nothing is shipped. Go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and select Download files. On a phone, the Etsy app may not open files, so use a web browser or a computer if a download doesn't start.
2. What sizes and formats are the files?
Printables come as PDFs in both US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Spreadsheets are .xlsx files that work in popular spreadsheet apps.
3. How should I print them?
Print at 100% / "Actual size." Colors may look a little different depending on your screen and printer. Card stock works best for cards, tags and labels.
4. Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, as many as you need for your own home, family or party. Classroom use is allowed only where a listing says so. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files.
5. Can I get a refund?
Digital files can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds once a file is downloaded. If a file is broken, won't open or is missing pages, message us and we'll send a working copy, or refund you if we can't fix it.
6. Were these made with AI?
Yes, with AI assistance, and every product is checked by hand. Puzzles are checked by code, and the artwork is simple vector graphics drawn with code.
7. How do I reach you?
Send us a message through Etsy. We usually reply within 1–2 days.
