Frequently asked questions
I ordered the wrong size, color, or style can I change it?
If the item hasn't been sent to our production partner yet, yes we can still change it for you.
If it's already in production, unfortunately, no.
Please contact us immediately to see if we can make changes for you, most people notice it right after they order and we can get it switched for them pretty easily.
Shipping Times & Delivery
Most of our orders are shipped within 3-7 days. Occasionally, orders can take up to 14 days to ship. Once your order is shipped, it usually takes about 2-4 days for delivery.
Please note that if you order multiple items your items may ship at different times and arrive separately.
My order was shipped/delivered to the wrong address, what can I do?
If we (the seller) made a mistake on the shipping address, we will have another one made and sent out to you right away.
If an item has shipped to an incorrect address provided by you (the customer), you need to contact USPS or DHL with your tracking number to have it rerouted before it’s Delivered.
If it has already been delivered, there is no way for it to be retrieved it at that point. You (the customer) will need to reorder the product due to the fact that we use production partners to help us print and fulfill our products, and we do not keep any stock on hand.
Order Production Times; What's the holdup?
All of our items are printed on-demand (they do not exist until you order them); we do not keep stock of any item.
Occasionally, your order could take a couple of days longer than expected.
Usually, the reason for this is a temporary stock shortage for the required garment, or your order may have failed the post-production quality check (in this case, they have to be reprinted).
Any of these issues could add 2 to 7 additional processing days to your order.
We will try our best to keep you updated if delays do occur.

Yes. We donate part of every sale to charities that share our progressive values. Each purchase helps support causes like community, equality, human rights, and social impact.
How much is donated? Which charities do you support?
The amount we donate depends on the product, production costs, and expenses, but we always give from our overall sales. We support a changing group of nonprofits, grassroots groups, and progressive political candidates. The charities we help may change over time so we can respond to what’s needed most and make a bigger difference.
Why not donate 100% of profits?
We are a small, independent business. Keeping the lights on means we can keep creating, selling, and donating long-term instead of burning out fast.
