I was worried that since I didn't use Procreate I wouldn't be able to use it - I was able to download all of the fonts and everything with no issues to use in Word. Customer service is wonderful, ordering from Brix and getting information with a super fast response is exactly what I needed! Thank you so much, highly recommend and I will be ordering from this seller again and again!!! Quality products!!!

I bought this set for procreate and all of the brushes are well detailed, labelled, and make designing concepts and landscapes so much easier!! These are awesome! 10/10!!

Thank you for your feedback. We have personally tested and verified that this product downloads and imports correctly across multiple devices and Procreate installations. This appears to be a user-side import issue rather than a product defect, which is something we can easily walk you through. A complete video tutorial and written instructions are included to guide you through the process. We reached out directly to assist but unfortunately did not receive a response. We are always happy to help and encourage any buyer experiencing difficulties to contact us so we can resolve it promptly. We stand behind the quality of our products.
