the hide and tree root that we got are perfect and we received them fast! We purchased them for our baby African house snake and are perfect for his set up.

It took awhile to receive, and the individual platforms have holes. I was hoping to use them as water dishes for my Tarantula sling. The color was also off a bit. It was much more orange than anticipated. However, the seller was extremely helpful, and she was willing to remake the hide and with a different color and without holes for me. Shipped out ASAP and I'm so impressed. I changed my review from a 3 star to a 5 star, even though I havent received my order yet. I'm just so impressed with the customer service and the kindness of the seller. I will definitely be buying from them again!
