Sara responded on Oct 31, 2026
Hi Sandra, I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced while trying to download your pattern. I have already shared the pattern with you directly through Etsy messages so you can access it easily. The download issue appears to be related to Etsy's system rather than the pattern itself. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I always want to ensure that every customer has a smooth and pleasant experience. I sincerely hope you've received the pattern successfully. Please let me know if you're still having any trouble, and I'll be more than happy to assist you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! Best regards, Buzoo Designs

5 out of 5 starsThe pattern is very well written and easy to understand. This is not an AI written pattern, it is 72 pages long most is detailed to help keep on track with the project. I've looked it over carefully and understand the process to make this. Customer service was outstanding when I had trouble with opening the pattern her response time was fast and she also attached the pattern to our communication to ensure I had gotten it. I highly recommend the seller and this pattern.
