Buyer Agreement
By placing an order with ByPartee, the buyer confirms that they have:
Read the full listing description
Reviewed all listing photos and personalization details
Understood production methods (print on demand, or custom-made)
Agreed to all shop policies outlined below
All items are sold as described and as shown.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items
Print-on-demand items are made to order and produced specifically for each buyer
Colors may vary slightly due to:
Screen settings
Printing processes
Fabric or material differences
Mockup images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent exact scale, placement, or color tone
Because POD items are created after purchase, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Personalized & Customized Items
Personalized items are created based on buyer-provided information
Buyers are responsible for:
Correct spelling
Accurate dates, names, and customization details
Orders enter production quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted
Personalization errors caused by buyer input do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Print on demand items
Personalized or customized items
Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
Size, fit, or color expectations
Minor variations inherent to production or age
Communication & Case Prevention
All communication must occur through Etsy Messages
Buyers agree to contact us before opening a case or leaving a review
Messages are typically answered within 24–48 hours
Abusive, threatening, or policy-violating communication may result in declined service.
Policy Enforcement
ByPartee reserves the right to:
Cancel orders that violate shop policies
Decline service to repeat case abusers
Reference these policies in Etsy dispute review
