Juan was very timely and helpful in completing the order. I submitted the requested engraving information and Juan provided a very good online image representation of what the final product would look like after engraving. Upon completion, the Stetson rack was shipped and received on time. The quality was excellent IMO. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with this handmade, fully customized piece. The craftsmanship is on another level - the woodwork is clean, smooth, and solid, and the engraving is impressively sharp. You can tell it was made by someone who truly takes pride in their work.

Such a great gift item! The quality and craftsmanship of the stetson holder I ordered really speaks for itself. Just had to make some very minor and reasonable assembly adjustments once my order was delivered.
