5 out of 5 starsThis purse is so adorable! And the face glows in the dark! The customer service is awesome! The cross body strap is pretty thick but it is super easy to put a thinner one on, which is what I'm used to, but I love the purse!

Returns and Exchanges
Unless the product is defective, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product in original, unused condition. Refund amount will be for the original purchase price (including sales tax), less the amount of original shipping.
In the case of exchanges, the buyer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Refunds or exchanges are not allowed on custom items, unless the product is agreed to be defective.
