What comes with my physical print order?
Your physical art print order includes a professionally printed piece on premium-quality paper. Depending on the listing options, you may also be able to choose a frame in Natural, Black, or White. Framed prints include acrylic plexiglass and hanging hardware so they are ready to display.
Digital products are for download only... no physical product is sent if a downloadable digital product is purchased.
Can I use my own frame?
Yes. You are welcome to purchase an unframed print and frame it yourself. Our standard print sizes are designed to fit many commonly available frames from home décor, craft, and framing stores.
Where can I get my digital product printed?
If you purchased a digital product, an electronic file will be sent for you to have printed, no physical product will be sent.
We do not specifically recommend or are affiliated with any retail printing service, however the following companies can perform the printing of products such as the type we offer (in addition to printing on your home printer):
Staples, FedEx Office, The UPS Store, Office Depot, Office Max, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.
I just purchased a digital product, now what?
After purchase & payment confirmation, you will receive a pdf containing instructions & the link to access/download your file(s). No physical item will be shipped. Sign in to Etsy.com through a browser, go to Your Account > Purchases & select Download Files next to your order. Etsy also emails a download link. Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, so please use a desktop/mobile browser. Guest buyers use the link in their Etsy receipt email.
Because digital files are available electronically & cannot be physically returned, Etsy digital downloads are not eligible for returns/cancellations. If there is a technical issue with your file or problem with order, please contact us through Etsy messaging to help resolve it.
What type of paper/canvas is used?
Poster Prints
Our framed & unframed poster prints are printed on premium matte paper, typically 189 g/sm.
Framed poster prints also include a 3/4" thick Ayous wood overlapping frame (coated in a Black, White or Red Oak color/finish), Acrylite front protector & hanging hardware.
Canvas Prints
Our framed & unframed canvas prints are printed on polyester/cotton blend canvas, typically 320-370 g/sm mounted on hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars, with an open back & mounting brackets.
Framed canvas prints also include a 1-1/4" pine frame (coated in a Black, Brown or White color/finish), rubber pads on back corners & hanging hardware.
Framed canvas has the illusion of the canvas "floating" within/not touching the frame. See close up photo.
How do I care for my print?
To keep your print looking its best, avoid exposure to moisture and handle it only with clean, dry hands. If dust collects on the surface, gently wipe it with a soft, clean, dry cloth.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Returns:
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. please contact us within 5 days of delivery. See "Free Damage/Defective Replacement" section below for details.
If there is an issue with the printout of a digital product where a 3rd party (local print shop) was used for the printing, please contact the 3rd party for resolution, we are not liable for issues resulting from use of 3rd party services.
There are no returns accepted for digital products.
Cancellations:
Cancellations for any physical product MUST be made within 24 hours of purchase.
There are no cancellations accepted for digital products.
FREE DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENT (Hassle-Free Assurance)
If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, you’re covered with a FREE replacement (refunds are not an option as resolution).
☑️ Report within 48 hours (best) and no later than 5 days after delivery.
☑️ Photos required (please keep all packaging until inspected):
1. Photo of full artwork
2. Close-up photos of damage
3. Photo of box with shipping label visible
4. Any product barcodes
Report within 5 days — upon approval, a replacement sent will be sent at no cost
What am I allowed and not allowed to do with my digital download?
Allowed:
Your digital download may be used for personal purposes.
You may print it for yourself, display it in your home or office, print multiple copies for your own use, or give printed copies as personal gifts.
You may print the artwork at home or through a local print shop.
Not Allowed:
Digital files may not be resold, shared, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
You may not modify the artwork, upload it to print-on-demand platforms, claim it as your own, or use it in products intended for resale.
This is not an exhaustive list, anything other than what is specifically listed in the "Allowed" section is considered restricted.
Shipping
For our physical products, standard shipping to the continental United States is included. At this time, expedited shipping is not available, neither is international shipping. For Hawaii, Alaska and Canada shipping addresses, please contact us to see if available and what the additional charges, production times and shipping schedule would be.
