Nature of 3D Printing: Each piece is custom-made in our Colorado studio. Due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM), small surface variations or layer lines may be visible. These are not defects but a unique part of the manufacturing process that ensures every item is one-of-a-kind.

We are a Veteran-owned and operated 3D design and print studio based in Northern Colorado. Our mission is to combine tactical precision with a love for tabletop gaming. Every item that leaves our shop is personally inspected for structural integrity and aesthetic perfection, ensuring you receive gear that is built to last a lifetime of campaigns.

We always combine shipping to save you money! If you purchase multiple items (like a Dice Tower and a set of Trays), Etsy may occasionally overcalculate the shipping cost. We manually review every order and proactively refund any significant shipping overages once your package is weighed and labeled.

Absolutely. We specialize in custom "Party Packs" for gaming groups and unique color combinations using our multi-material (AMS) printing systems. If you need a specific color match for your character or a large order for a tournament, send us a message. We love collaborating with fellow gamers on unique projects.

3D printing (FDM) is an additive process that creates items layer by layer. While we use state-of-the-art Bambu Lab hardware to ensure the highest quality possible, minor surface variations or visible layer lines are a natural part of the process. We believe these add character to our "Ancient Stone" finishes, but we never ship anything that doesn't meet our strict standards for "Tabletop Readiness."

Most of our items are "Printed to Order" to allow for free personalization. While small items like Token Trays usually ship within 2–3 days, larger builds like our Castle Towers can take 5–7 days to ensure the highest print quality. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your build!

We pack our gear to survive a dragon attack, but we know the postal service can be rough. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the item and message us within 48 hours. We will make it right by sending a replacement at no cost to you.

I take great pride in the precision and fit of my work. However, 3D printing is an additive process; internal cavities or non-visible 'bridging' sections (like the inside of a box or the back of a mount) may have a rougher texture or minor drooping.

That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you feel a specific artifact is excessive or interferes with your use of the item, please reach out. We can look at it together and come to a fair agreement—whether that’s a partial credit, a discounted replacement, or a custom solution.
