5 out of 5 starsLewis Mike has been outstanding from our first enquiry right through to delivery and beyond. We did have a little issue with a cracked frame but that was in no way down to Calm oil. They packed it impeccably. It had obviously received a bad knock in transit. Lewis Mike took this up with couriers and kept us informed the whole time. The artwork looks amazing hung and we are very happy 😃 I would definitely buy from Calm oil again.

Creation Process
During the creation of your painting, I'll provide a photo or video for your approval before dispatch. You can share your preferences regarding color, shading, and details. I'll make adjustments based on your feedback. Once you're fully satisfied with the final piece, I'll arrange for its shipment. My goal is to ensure your painting meets your expectations.
Packaging Methods
* Rolled Canvas (No Frame/No Stretch): The canvas will be rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube, with an extra 2-4 inch white border for stretching or framing.
* Stretched Frame Paintings: These will be carefully wrapped in a bubble cushion and placed in a secure cardboard box.
Delivery Time
We offer free shipping via FedEx/DHL, with delivery typically taking 5-7 business days depending on your location and logistics conditions.
Important Notice
Please note that the colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual oil painting. Since all of our paintings are 100% handmade, the piece you receive may not be an exact replica of the reference image but will be very close. Please consider this before purchasing. Care instructions
Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting.
Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting:
If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following:
Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.
