5 out of 5 stars"Such a cute and adorable print! It adds a fun, witty vibe to my music room, and I couldn't be happier with it. My friends keep complimenting how tasteful it is and asking where I got it from."

Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
Most of our digital prints include 5 high-resolution (300 DPI) JPG files that cover over 20 standard frame sizes. Our general ratios include:
• 2:3 Ratio (e.g., 24x36", 16x24", 4x6")
• 3:4 Ratio (e.g., 18x24", 12x16", 6x8")
• 4:5 Ratio (e.g., 16x20", 8x10", 4x5")
• 11x14 Ratio (11x14")
• ISO Size (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5)
⚠️ Please note: Exact available sizes may vary slightly depending on the specific artwork's original composition. We highly recommend checking the "WHAT'S INCLUDED" section in each item's description for the exact sizes provided for that specific print.
💡 Need a custom size? If you need a specific size that is not listed, please send us a message! We are always happy to resize the artwork for you at NO extra charge.
How do I download my digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by going to your Etsy profile: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews.
Please note that you will download a PDF file that contains a secure link to download your high-resolution artwork.
(Note: Currently, you cannot download digital files through the Etsy mobile app. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer).
Where should I print the artwork, and what paper do you recommend?
You have three great options for printing:
1. Print at home using a high-quality color printer.
2. Take the files to a local print shop (e.g., Staples, FedEx, Walgreens).
3. Use an online printing service (e.g., Vistaprint, Shutterfly, Mpix) and have them delivered to your door.
For the most authentic and beautiful results, we highly recommend printing on heavyweight matte paper or smooth premium cardstock. Avoid glossy paper, as it can cause glare and distract from the artwork.
Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?
No, all artwork from CamelAndOasis Studio is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
You are welcome to print it for your home, office, or as a gift for a friend. However, you may not share, distribute, alter, or resell the digital files or printed copies in any form. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you experience any issues with downloading or printing your files, please contact us immediately. We are always here to help resolve any problems.
Custom and personalized orders
While we would love to customize every piece for you, we currently only offer personalization for select items.
If an artwork is available for custom modification (such as adding a name or specific text), it will be clearly stated as "Custom" or "Personalized" in the listing description. For those specific items, you can easily place a custom order by following the instructions provided in the listing.
(Note: If you simply need a different size ratio for any of our standard prints, we always offer free resizing! Just send us a message.)
