Frequently asked questions

1. What exactly am I purchasing?

CapitalTurn is an instant digital Microsoft Excel reseller decision-support toolkit. No physical product will be shipped.

Your purchase includes the CapitalTurn customer release and the supporting materials identified in the listing. Features are limited to those described and shown in the current Etsy listing and included documentation.

Screenshots and demo data illustrate the actual product and its functionality but do not represent guaranteed financial results.

2. What software do I need? Does CapitalTurn work with Google Sheets?

Microsoft Excel is required.

CapitalTurn v1.0 was designed, tested, and protected for Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice, OpenOffice, and other spreadsheet applications are not supported.

Opening, converting, editing, or saving CapitalTurn in unsupported software may alter formulas, formatting, validation, calculations, protection, or support data.

Problems caused by unsupported software or file conversion do not mean the original CapitalTurn product is defective. If an issue occurs, first test a fresh, unmodified copy in Microsoft Excel.

3. Can I return, exchange, or cancel my purchase?

CapitalTurn is an instant digital product. Digital products generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after access to the files has been provided.

If you believe the delivered file is incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from the listing, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can investigate.

A change of mind, failure to review the listing, lack of Microsoft Excel, preference for unsupported software, or failure to achieve a desired business result does not by itself establish a product defect.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived or rights provided under applicable Etsy policies.

4. Does CapitalTurn guarantee sales, profits, ROI, or cash-release timing?

No.

CapitalTurn is a planning and decision-support tool. It does not guarantee profit, sales, resale price, ROI, sell-through rate, inventory turnover, cash-release timing, buyer demand, marketplace performance, or any other business result.

BUY/CAUTION/PASS decisions, recommended buy prices, forecasts, action labels, and other outputs depend on user-entered information and workbook assumptions.

Demo data, projections, calculations, scenarios, screenshots, and example results are illustrative only and are not income claims or promises of future performance.

5. Is CapitalTurn financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice?

No.

CapitalTurn is provided solely as a general business planning and decision-support tool. It is not financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, appraisal, or valuation advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

You remain solely responsible for sourcing, purchasing, pricing, inventory, marketplace, tax, accounting, legal, and other business decisions.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional when advice specific to your circumstances is needed.

6. Can I share, copy, resell, redistribute, or upload CapitalTurn?

No, except for copies reasonably necessary for your own permitted use.

Your purchase grants a limited license to use CapitalTurn for your own authorized personal or business purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, publicly upload, provide copies to third parties, include CapitalTurn in another product/service/course/membership, sell modified versions, or represent its protected materials as your own.

Purchase does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of CapitalTurn's protected product logic or intellectual property.

7. Can I unlock, reverse-engineer, or modify the protected workbook?

CapitalTurn contains protected formulas, calculation logic, support data, structure, and proprietary materials.

Customers may use the designated input areas as intended. Seller passwords, protection credentials, hardening tools, development files, and internal build materials are not included and will not be provided through customer support.

Support cannot be guaranteed for files altered outside intended input areas, converted through unsupported software, reverse-engineered, damaged, or otherwise modified.

If a modified copy stops working, you may be asked to reproduce the issue using a fresh, unmodified customer release in Microsoft Excel.

8. What am I responsible for when using CapitalTurn?

You are responsible for the accuracy and reasonableness of all information you enter or rely upon, including purchase costs, sale prices, fees, shipping, comparable listings, expected hold periods, ROI targets, inventory information, marketplace assumptions, and other business data.

CapitalTurn does not independently verify user inputs or automatically guarantee that marketplace fees, taxes, laws, selling rules, demand, or other external conditions are current.

Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unrealistic inputs can produce inaccurate outputs. Always independently evaluate results before committing money or taking business action.

9. What technical support is included?

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with genuine issues involving the original CapitalTurn customer release used as intended in Microsoft Excel.

Support does not include running your resale business, making sourcing/pricing decisions for you, providing tax/legal/accounting/financial advice, unlimited customization, supporting unsupported spreadsheet software, repairing user-modified or reverse-engineered copies, or providing seller passwords or internal materials.

For help, contact us through Etsy Messages and include your CapitalTurn version, Excel version, operating system, and a screenshot of any error when appropriate. Never send passwords, banking credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

10. What terms and limitations apply to my CapitalTurn purchase?

Your purchase is subject to the Etsy listing and disclosures, applicable Etsy policies, these shop FAQs, the license/documentation included with CapitalTurn, and applicable law.

CapitalTurn v1.0 represents the version purchased at the time of sale. Future upgrades, new versions, add-ons, compatibility changes, or additional products are not automatically included unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller does not accept responsibility for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, speculative, or business losses arising from use of CapitalTurn, including lost profits, lost opportunities, inventory losses, marketplace penalties, lost data, tax consequences, or losses resulting from inaccurate user input
