I received my rug today and it is absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship is excellent and the wool feels so great. Maya provided amazing customer service throughout the process. Shipping wasnt long so that was amazing, but, the rug is abit disappointing. The rug is sadly lacking details, and it’s not as nice as the one advertised in the pictures. Although the rug is thick and feels nice at least, it’s still abit sad I paid a lot and it didn’t look like the rug that was advertised. Customer service was up to standard, they reply at a good pace!
