All of our jewelry is made from 100% solid 925 Sterling Silver, and many pieces are available with 14k Gold or Rose Gold plating.
Each piece is nickel-free, lead-free, hypoallergenic, and rhodium-plated for extra durability.
Are your chains adjustable?
Yes! Most of our chains include a 2-inch extender, allowing you to adjust the length for a perfect fit.
You can also contact us if you’d like a custom chain length — we’ll be happy to make it for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order comes in a luxury jewelry box or handmade pouch, ready to gift.
If you’d like to include a personal gift note, just leave your message at checkout — we’ll add it at no extra cost.
If you’d like me to include an additional gift wrap, please select the “Gift Wrap” option before checkout — it’s only £4 and includes elegant wrapping
How long does production take?
All of our jewelry is handmade to order.
Production time is typically 3–5 business days before dispatch.
During busy seasons (like Christmas), it may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship early.

USA: 2–4 business days (Tracked)

Can I return or exchange my order?
We gladly accept returns and cancellations for non-personalized items.
Since personalized jewelry is custom-made, returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing error.

Yes, our jewelry is water-resistant, but for long-lasting shine we recommend removing it when swimming, showering, or using perfume or lotion.
