Crafting with chaotic joy and lots of enthusiasm.
I've always loved creative projects. My favorite medium is acrylic paint on canvas, but I've never had a time in my life where I wasn't juggling multiple creative hobbies. Jewelry making? Done it. Small batch candles? Yep. Floral design? YOU BET. The reality is, though, that creating things in ANY form is a huge outlet for me and a vital part of my wellbeing.
When covid hit, I left the corporate marketing world to become a full-time self-employed consultant. With high-risk loved ones, finding a way to stay home with my young son to keep our family safe was vital. Finding unique ways to open revenue streams became a necessity, and this Etsy shop was born. I juggle my consulting work, my creative and crafting interests, and volunteer work around my son's schedule. Often, he helps in the crafting itself -- the Little Jar of Wishes, my best-selling item, featured dandelion seeds that he and I have collected together in the summer sunshine.
As a neurodivergent creator with far too many hobbies and interests, it fills me with joy to share my love of creation with my son. It also fills me with immeasurable happiness that others occasionally like what we do around here enough to give me money for it.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you spread some chaotic joy today!
