Siobhan, the bear was carefully inspected before packing and there was absolutely no odor on it. I have inspected my other items where vintage items are stored, and they also have no smell. I don't know how this odor miraculously appeared on this item unless you or your child had soiled it upon arrival. As an honest seller, I feel that there is some foul play at work here. That is why I refused your demand for a refund. I know that the bear was in excellent condition when I packed it and delivered it to the post office. My store policy and every listing indicate a No Refund policy because I ONLY list vintage items that are of good quality and it would be unfair to me as a seller to receive items back from Buyers after they have ruined them.
