Do I need to pay customs fees or taxes?
United States: Since August 29, all packages to the USA are subject to customs fees and taxes. Don’t worry — we cover all customs expenses ourselves, so you won’t have to pay anything upon delivery.
European Union & UK: VAT for orders up to €150 is already included at checkout. No extra payment is required when you receive your package.
Australia: For orders below 1000 AUD, there are usually no customs fees. GST may be added automatically at checkout for items under 600 AUD.
📦 How can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
USA Orders: Track with USPS or UPS.
International Orders: Once your parcel reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal service (Royal Mail, DHL, Canada Post, etc.).
👉 Please note: Tracking may not update until your package passes customs. This is completely normal.
🎁 How long does processing & shipping take?
If you see “Label Created”, “In Transit”, or “Awaiting USPS Shipment”, it means your package is already on the way but waiting for tracking updates.
Due to current logistics, parcels first travel by road from Ukraine to Poland, and then by air to your country. Tracking usually updates once the parcel enters your local postal system.
