Care instructions
This work is made from recycled metal plus sterling silver for the parts which contact the wearer’s skin. I add a layer of clear wax to the surface of the recycled parts to slow the rate of tarnishing. You should wipe off fingerprints as soon as you see them with a soft cloth. Avoid acids, abrasives or salt, they will remove the coloured layer and react with the metal. The work will age gracefully.
