The Collection 47 story....
I studied art and design at college, then went on to learn silversmithing so it seemed like a natural progression to turn my love (or obsession!?) for sterling silver jewellery into my little business Collection 47, which I am very proud of.
Each piece of Collection 47 jewellery is designed and handmade by myself using traditional silversmithing methods and tools.
I am based in Derbyshire, UK, where I have a small studio at home and a fabulous work bench that my partner made for me! My studio is my place to relax and create, it is also home to my ever growing collections of house plants, crystals and lovely things that have been handmade by other people.
My personal style is quite eclectic, one day I might wear a few simple stacking rings - the next day it could be a big statement piece, or one of my quirky necklaces. I love how you can use jewellery to compliment your outfit depending on your mood, and you can easily change your look with some carefully chosen pieces.
