Frequently asked questions
Will you replace lost or stolen items?
Once the package leaves my hands at the post office I no longer have control over what happens to it and I am not responsible if your package is lost or stolen, so I am not responsible for replacing it. It is up to you to work out any problems during delivery with the post office.
Sizing details
All of the items in my shop are hand made and hand cut. So there may be some slight discrepancies in sizing, but generally the size of items will be close to the specified sizes on each item.
Wholesale availability
I don't currently sell any of my items in any physical retail spaces. They are only available online in my shops or through purchasing from me at conventions and art fairs. So I do not create items meant for wholesale and I am not ok having my items sold for wholesale.
Will you replace damaged items?
Please do contact me if your item arrives badly damaged, I will require a picture of the damaged item to confirm, but yes, I will replace the item free of charge once per order (This does not apply to one of a kind items or originals).
