The Story Behind...
These audios came from my own experience.
There was a time when everything felt like too much. I didn’t really say it out loud, not even to myself, but I knew something wasn’t right. I could feel that the life I was living no longer felt like me.
That feeling led me to start studying integrative, body-oriented psychotherapy and somatic work. Through that process, I slowly began to reconnect with myself and understand who I am underneath the pressure and expectations.
From my own experience, and from being in contact with others, I’ve learned how overload, exhaustion, and constant pressure affect us — not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies.
That’s why these practices don’t focus on thinking your way out of stress. They work with the body instead: noticing how stress builds up and how it can be released safely, without forcing anything.
These audios aren’t classic meditations.
They’re short, body-based practices for moments when you need to settle down and come back to yourself — without analysis and without effort.
