How do I choose the right size?
If you’re unsure, message us before ordering.
You can share your room measurements or photos and we’ll help you choose the right size. As a general rule, going slightly larger usually looks better than too small.
Will my rug arrive with creases?
Yes, sometimes. Rugs are folded for shipping.
Once unrolled and laid flat, any creases will relax naturally within a few days.
Are the rug dimensions exact?
Rug sizes are approximate, as cowhide is a natural material.
Very small variations can occur, but we keep sizing consistent across all orders.
How do I flatten the rug after delivery?
Simply lay it flat on the floor and allow time for the leather to relax.
If needed, placing books or other flat, heavy objects on the corners can speed up the process.
How do I care for my cowhide rug?
Cowhide rugs are naturally durable and easy to maintain.
•Vacuum gently without a brush attachment
•Shake outside occasionally to remove dust
•Always place the rug on a dry floor
•No special cleaning products are required.
