I would highly recommend this bag for any/all BTS concerts. I was able to bring it inside with no problems. Will likely buy from this seller again. Thank You!!

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Returns/refunds are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if the wrong item, color, or size was sent.
Since all items are made to order through a third-party production partner, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or incorrect address entry. We do not hold inventory or have a warehouse for returns.
Minor production variations (such as small print placement shifts under 0.5 inches or size differences under 1 inch) are normal and not considered defects.
If there is an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.

Do you accept cancellations?
Cancellations are only possible if our print provider has not yet started processing your order.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — the sooner the better.
Please note that cancellations within this window are not guaranteed, as it depends on whether fulfillment has already begun.
Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

My order says it was delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first double-check that your shipping address was entered correctly. Even small errors can affect delivery.
Next, we recommend waiting 1–2 additional days, as packages can sometimes be marked delivered early or left with a neighbor.
If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to check if the package is being held or is still out for delivery.
If you’ve completed these steps and still need help, please message us with your order number and tracking number and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing and shipping times vary by product. Please check the individual product description for the most accurate estimate.
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, but some may take 7–14 business days depending on the product and print provider demand.
Shipping times vary based on your location, shipping method, and time of year. The days can range from 10–30 based on factors listed above.
During peak holiday seasons, both processing and shipping may take longer than usual, so please plan accordingly.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
I ordered the wrong product, color, or size. What should I do?
If you ordered the wrong product, color, or size, please message us as soon as possible so we can try to cancel or update your order.
There is only a short window between placing your order and production starting with our print provider.
If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is likely already in production and changes may no longer be possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please message us immediately so we can try to update it before production begins.
If more than 24 hours have passed, we may no longer be able to make changes, as your order may already be in production. This can result in a delayed, returned, or misdelivered package.
If the package is returned to our print provider and successfully received, we can arrange reshipment to the correct address.
Please note that we are unable to refund orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Can I add items to an existing order?
If you would like to add items to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of placing your order).
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with all items included.
If fulfillment has already started, we are unable to make changes or combine orders, and you will need to place a separate order for additional items.
Please reach out quickly so we can check the status of your order.
Will I receive all of my items in one package?
Not necessarily. Different products may be fulfilled by different print providers, which means they can ship separately.
For example, if you order different products (such as a tote bag and a blanket), they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Each package will have its own shipping timeline depending on the fulfillment location.
We appreciate your understanding.
Do UK, or EEA customers have special return rights?
Yes. Customers in the UK, and EEA are protected under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery and a two-year legal guarantee against defects. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the buyer's responsibility and must include tracking to ensure the product is returned. To initiate a return or report an issue, send us a message with your order details and photos if applicable.
Do Australian customers have special return rights?
Australian customers are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. We provide a replacement or refund for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order items. Send us a message to report an issue.
