Practical Manufacturing Planning Templates Built from Real Operations Experience

Craig Aerospace was created from my own experience working in manufacturing planning, inventory control and production operations.

In my day-to-day role, I work with SAP, Excel, forecasting, stock control, production scheduling and capacity planning. I know how difficult it can be to manage planning decisions when information is spread across different systems, reports or manual spreadsheets.

That is why I started building practical Excel templates designed specifically for manufacturing and supply chain teams. The aim is to make planning easier, clearer and more structured for small manufacturers, planners, operations managers and business owners.

The templates in this shop are built around real manufacturing challenges, including capacity constraints, labour and machine loading, reorder planning, inventory visibility, stock health and production scheduling.
