4 out of 5 starsThe hidden unexpected customs charge of £51 !!made me angry as was not told this could happen on the sellers wall ! Especially .. when I had paid £27 for the initial delivery too !!! So over £ 78 for delivery £213 for the tray !!! 🤬The tray is considerably smaller than the seller described !!! It is very nice .. but would be so expensive to return so my hands are tied !!!! Dissatisfied with the whole experience.. a lesson learnt

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the overall experience was frustrating. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are determined by the buyer’s country and are unfortunately outside of the seller’s control. Etsy also displays a notice at checkout that such charges may apply. The tray dimensions are listed clearly in the product description, and I always encourage customers to review measurements carefully before purchasing. I’m glad to hear you found the tray beautiful, and I truly regret that the additional costs affected your satisfaction.
