I will say it took a lot longer to receive than it was marketed, but I wasn’t in a hurry and I’m sure if I had reached out to say I needed it shipped faster, she would’ve been happy to help. I didn’t really have to use customer service at all. I love the product! It’s so pretty and meaningful to me.

I am deeply sorry about the wait time on your item- I try to make sure I am transparent with my customers and give them a realistic wait time for their order, or communicate if it will be late due to printing/supply issues or delays once it reaches USPS. it typically takes a week to process the order, submit it for the print shop, and then have them ship it to you, which can add another week in the best case scenario! there are often shipping delays, but this is no excuse. please be certain that I will take your review into account and do my best to get orders pushed out faster, but at any rate, I am SO happy you are enjoying your product. thank you for the review and your business!
