Can I change my address after placing the order?
It is best to double-check your shipping/delivery address before placing any online order. Sellers generally can’t change the shipping address that you provided at checkout.
Return & Exchange
Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it is not the size you ordered, meaning it was labeled incorrectly. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. PLEASE NOTE! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are unsure about which size would fit you best, please refer to our size charts: we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite t-shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom and compare it.
Custom and personalized orders
We take between 2 and 5 (average 3) days to produce and ship the products. Then, you need to add the shipping times (5-7 business days) on top of that, which is the average time for it to reach your hands.
