Frequently asked questions

Who’s behind Creative Madness?

Hi! I’m Greg — a lifelong fan of thoughtful design, storytelling, and all the worlds (real and imagined) we wish we could visit. Every poster and map in this shop is an original creation, designed to honor the places that sparked our imaginations and fueled countless rewatch marathons and game nights.

I bring 20+ years of experience in design and branding to each piece, layering atmosphere, symbolism, and visual storytelling into clean, minimalist artwork. This shop is part tribute, part design experiment, and entirely fueled by obsession.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Rockville, Maryland, USA — though my head is usually off on some desert moon or fantasy world. Orders are printed and shipped from professional partner facilities within the U.S. for quality and speed.

Why "Creative Madness"?

In college my roommate nicknamed me “Madness,” and it stuck. Years later, when I started making art again, “Creative Madness” felt like the right way to capture both sides of me: the design nerd who loves structure and the guy who can’t stop chasing new ideas.

Are these official?

No. These are original, fan-inspired designs. They’re artistic interpretations created with respect and admiration for the stories and worlds that inspired them. Nothing here is affiliated with or endorsed by any official studio, franchise, or brand.

What sizes are available for posters?

Sizes vary by artwork, but most designs are offered in:
• 5″ × 7″
• 12″ × 18″
• Other sizes in the same 2:3 ratio (depending on the piece)

The exact size and finish options are always listed on each product page in the dropdown menu.

Are these made with AI?

Some poster designs in this shop use AI as one of the digital tools in the creative process, while others (such as Metro Maps) are created entirely by hand using vector design tools. All pieces start from original concepts and compositions developed in-house. AI is used to explore lighting, texture, and the soft, painterly aesthetic of the posters, and each design is then manually refined and formatted to ensure a cohesive style and high print quality.

Do posters come framed?

No. To keep things versatile and affordable, prints are sold unframed. But they're sized for standard frames and look great in minimalist or sci-fi-themed decor.

How are posters shipped?

Prints are fulfilled via trusted print partners and shipped securely in protective packaging. Fulfillment locations may vary depending on your region.

Can I request a custom variation?

Maybe! If your idea fits the style and mood of the collection, I’m open to adding more. Send me a message with what you have in mind and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
