What kind of products are sold in this shop?
All products listed in my shop are digital crochet patterns in PDF format. I do not sell finished physical items, such as completed blankets, toys, or clothing.
Are the patterns written in UK or US terms?
Unless otherwise clearly stated in the specific listing description, all patterns in this shop are written using standard US Crochet Terminology. For international users, common UK/US conversion charts are available online, or you can contact me for guidance on key term differences.
Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
My patterns range from beginner to advanced skill levels. Each listing description explicitly specifies the difficulty level.
Downloading & Access
- How do I receive my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, the files will be available for download immediately through your Etsy "Purchases and Reviews" section. You will also receive an automated email from Etsy with a direct download link.
- I can’t find my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs. You can always access your files by logging into Etsy on a web browser (desktop is recommended), going to Your Account > Purchases, and clicking Download Files.

Am I allowed to sell finished items made from your patterns?
Yes, absolutely! You have my full permission to sell physical items you personally hand-make using patterns from Croartistry. All I ask is that you please provide a small credit to my shop (Croartistry on Etsy) as the pattern designer on your listing or at your craft.
Can I make changes to your pattern for my finished item?
Yes, you are free to customize and alter the design for the physical items you create (e.g., changing yarn weight, adding embellishments)
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital patterns?
Due to the digital nature of instant download products, I generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. I strongly encourage you to read the full listing description to ensure the pattern is right for your skill level and is in the format (PDF, US terms) you require before completing your purchase.
If you have a genuine issue with the file (e.g., corruption) that cannot be resolved through other means, or if you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, please message me, and I will handle it on a case-by-case basis
