    Saw the clock online. I was looking for blush colored bows to match the theme of granddaughters nursery. Contacted owner and questioned her, if this was something she could do. Told me she had been thinking of making this. I asked could I get a white frame and black hands, no problem. When placing order, was able to check off for black hands no place to request white frame. Since I had previous sent two notes to her, I figured she knew. When I received it, I contacted her and told her, I received a wood colored frame. Was told she was trying to figure out what she could do for me. That was weeks ago. So now I will open a case, as I think this frame is ugly and the whole thing is over priced.
