Free Shipping Times/Costs
With our new Free shipping options in Canada this does have limitations. For small items(shirts,pillowcases,bodysuits) shipping is covered up to $8.00, for Hoodies/Sweaters/Throw Pillows we cover up to $15 for shipping. If you are remote and costs are much higher there could be additional charges.

Returns/Exchanges
Since we make these items on demand and most items are customized we don't do returns/exchanges on these items. Please check sizing charts as almost all items fit differently as there is no set sizing for clothing brands. Also slight color variations from infant toddler adult sizes may occur due to brand variations are not returnable.
In the event we do allow a return it must be returned to our shop in Niagara falls Canada. For any returns made to us shipping will be paid for by the buyer. Please note that the address on the label is only for undelivered items only and will go to our US box number where it can be reshipped to you once correct shipping address is given. There will be a reshipment cost to ship item back starting at $6.50+
Mockups - Do you send mockups?
No we don't do mockups on items that only require simple adjustments of name or age. Mockups are only done on complete custom items as this will delay your order by 1-3 days. If you absolutely need a mockup we can do that but there is a $6.00 charge to send this for each mockup you need as this does take time.
Exact Color Matching
We use standard colors and unfortunately can't guarantee and exact color matches. Since we print in house with DTG we can't print glitter colors. The colors will be similar to the screen, however due to monitor differences in contrast, brightness, hue and saturation, the image on the shirt may appear to have less of a shine than you see on your computer screen as it naturally makes it look glossier due to light reflection. We don't replace shirts for minor color differences. If you want a certain color you will need to send an image of a color and we will see if we can match it. Saying you want blue and then saying it doesn't match your blue doesn't qualify for a replacement.
WHOT PAYES DUTIES/TAXES/TARIFFS?
USA - At this time all tariffs will be included into the shipping cost. This way you can purchase knowing that you will receive your package fully paid and no duties or tariffs would need to be paid on delivery.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES - Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs will be paid by the buyer on delivery as we don't know if or how much your country will charge. Refusing to pay tariffs and returning item will NOT be allowed and refunds will NOT be given on refused packages. Please know your countries charges before ordering.
