Although there were a few issues with scratches initially, their customer service was excellent—they handled everything promptly and made sure it was resolved. The team loved them! He was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make the design look great. Shipping was a day late, but that was a post office screw up, not the business. Wouldn't have minded paying extra for expedited shipping though.
