Do you work with a production partner ?

No, We make everything in our homes. We use professional grade equipment, and quality supplies, we walk (or drive) our packages to the post office personally every day.

Care instructions

All water bottles and tumblers are suggested hand wash. Stainless is not recommended for microwaves or dishwashers. The print itself will never fade or peel. Ceramic coffee mugs are dishwasher microwave safe.

Item arrived damaged. Now what do I do?

Buyers must contact our shop within 72 hours of delivery date if any damage should occur during shipping. We require photos of damage, as well as box and shipping label. Please send these to us right away.

I think my package is lost. What do I do?

If your order comes with tracking and shows delivered, please contact your postal service. They can usually do a quick GPS track to see where the package was left, or can assist in locating them. It often helps to check with neighbors, family members in your home, common areas, front desk etc. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered, but please feel free to reach out and we can open a service request with the carrier.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are personalized, or custom made just for you, therefore are final sale.

When will my item arrive?

Please check shop processing times, and shipping times before you purchase as the processing time varies by item. We usually take vacations at different times, so one of us is almost always available to work on orders. However, through covid we were reminded that not everything is within our control, and we can't be responsible for items that arrive late for a special occasion. Faster shipping options are available at check-out if you'd like to upgrade.

I entered the wrong address, now what?

Please contact us RIGHT AWAY. If the item has not been shipped out, we can sometimes make this change for you.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US:
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note, we do not cover any reshipment costs. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred with reshipments. If there is no response to our attempts to reach you, we will hold your parcel for 90 days. After 90 days your order will be donated/disposed of. Sorry no exceptions.
