This custom bag was perfect. It turned out exactly as I had imagined because Jen very thoughtfully and carefully figured out exactly what I was looking for and even went to the trouble of making the bag and sending a photo before charging me anything, in case I didn't like it. That was extremely generous and luckily I loved what she made. The turnaround time was fast and she even offers free shipping. Highly recommended!
