DearForeverInvites

This privacy policy explains how Dear Forever (DearForeverInvites on Etsy) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you buy from my shop.

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To make your invitation, I collect the details you share with me through Etsy: your name, email and the wedding details you send (names, dates, venues, events, dress code, RSVP date and, if you choose, your guests' names). When your guests RSVP on your invitation, I store what they enter (name, email if given, attendance, party size and their note to you) so you can see it on your private RSVP page.

WHY I USE IT (LEGAL BASIS)
I use this information only to create, deliver and support your invitation (performance of a contract), to keep records required by law (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interests). I never sell your information or use it for marketing, and I never contact your guests.

SHARING
Your information is shared only with the services needed to run your invitation: Etsy (orders and messages), my web hosting provider and Cloudflare (to host and protect your invitation page). They process it on my behalf and must keep it safe.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
I work from Pakistan and your invitation is hosted on secure servers in the United States. By ordering, you understand your information will be processed there, with reasonable safeguards in place.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT
Your invitation and RSVP replies stay online until 12 months after your wedding date, then I delete them. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time. Order records are kept by Etsy under its own policy.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you live in the EU, UK or another place with similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, or object to how I use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

CONTACT
For any privacy question or request, message me on Etsy or email dearforever.invites@gmail.com. I reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
