Are your items handmade?
Yes, all our items are handmade by me and are made to order. We can also accommodate custom requests. All you have to do it pop me a message.
Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes! You can upgrade your shipping at checkout but please note our processing times too.
This is a gift can I leave a note for a recipient?
Yes, leave a message when you checkout. we will print it exactly as provided, please ensure all spellings are correct. Please don’t include emoji’s.
How much is delivery?
Post and Packaging is included in the Etsy price listed.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed delivery is used to ensure your keepsake arrives safely.
How many items of clothing should I send?
The number of items required depends on the size of the bear and the type of clothing provided.
As a general guide:
• Baby clothing: 5-6 items
• Children’s clothing: 2–3 items
• Adult clothing: 1–2 items
I can include as many items of clothing you wish on your keepsake bear.
Different fabrics behave differently, and knitted or stretchy materials may affect the final size. Badges, ties, pockets or uniform details can often be included — just let me know.
All items must be clean and in good condition, as excessive wear can impact the quality of the finished bear.
How long does it take to make my Keepsake Bear?
Turnaround times begin once your clothing has been received. As each bear is completely bespoke, creation times can vary.
If you need your bear for a specific date, please let me know whilst ordering and I’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Are Keepsake Bears suitable as toys?
As every keepsake bear is individually handmade and completely bespoke, I am unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
Please be aware that variations will occur due to the unique nature of each fabric used, meaning your bear may differ slightly from example images shown.

All keepsake bears are carefully handcrafted using materials supplied by you. Every piece is thoughtfully placed to ensure your bear reflects the story behind the fabric.
Guidance is available on how many clothing items are needed for each. All fabrics must be clean and in reasonable condition. Please note that heavily worn or fragile materials may affect the final finish.
All keepsake bears are designed as sentimental keepsakes and memory items. They are not toys and are not intended for play.
