3 out of 5 starsSeller never mentioned that the item was being sent from another country and that I would need to pay additional shipping to customs to have the package released. When I messaged him about this he had an “oh well” attitude about it. The coat itself is nice, but the whole shipping process was a hassle.

5 out of 5 starsItem is as described. Shipped with a missing button. Buttons are particular and must match the other. Seller promised to ship missing button. After multiple promises and follow-ups, I ended-up finding the exact button and having shipped from Scotland at a cost of $45 after the seller ghosted me. I do not understand why a seller would not make the minor effort of mailing a new button to a reasonable yet unsatisfied client.

The jacket arrived squashed into the smallest packaging imaginable meaning when the layers of tape and cling film were removed and the package finally opened it revealed a very poor quality, very, very creased jacket. I've no idea how I'm going to get the creases out, ironing is not an option. The jacket has been made from the thinnest materials available, no doubt this makes it easier to squash into such a small package. I have asked to return the jacket and receive a full refund but so far have had no answer, I'm sure Abdul will reply to my review with some answer saying it was my fault. This was bought on the basis that returns were available.

1 out of 5 starsSeller kept promising dates this jacket would ship and arrive by but weeks would pass as well as the promised dates. When it finally did arrive it was a completely different item than I had ordered (totally different colour and size). Seller tried to blame it on the shipping company. Seller wanted to send me the correct one but it took so long to ship the first order by the time I would receive the second jacket the event I needed it for would be long done. Which I made very clear when I first ordered that I was on a tight timeline. On top of that, he was still reluctant to refund me. Also, it’s listed that item ships from USA which is not true. Comes from UAE. This is my first bad experience after years of purchases on Etsy. BUYER BEWARE!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered a jacket. Abdul had issues shipping to me in Park City, Utah, claiming it was a remote region. I finally agreed to pay a $25 extra shipping charge, but when the item was charged, another $25 was added as a shipping charge for the shipping charge. That is outrageous, not so much for the money involved, but for the business practice. I have not yet received the jacket I ordered,so I have not commented on product quality. However, my experience with Etsy in this transaction was so bad that will l probably never use Etsy again.
