What exactly am I purchasing?
You’re purchasing a digital Canva template (or bundle) designed to help you streamline your content, marketing, or branding. No physical products will be shipped. Once you purchase, you’ll receive a PDF download with a link to access and edit the templates in Canva Free—no Pro account required!
How do I access my files?
After your purchase, go to **Your Account → Purchases → Download Files**. Open the PDF and click the Canva link(s) to start editing right away.
**Note:** Downloads are not available through the Etsy app—please use a browser on desktop or mobile.
Can I customize everything?
Yes! All templates are fully editable in Canva. You can change:
- Fonts
- Colors
- Images
- Text
- Layouts
Make them match your brand and personality in minutes.
Can I use these templates for client work?
Yes, if you're a VA or social media manager, you may use these templates to create content for clients. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or share the editable templates themselves. If your client wants editing access, they’ll need to purchase their own license.
Are refunds available?
Because all products are digital and instantly accessible, I don’t offer refunds. But I’m happy to answer any questions before purchase and offer support after—just message me here on Etsy!
Do I need Canva Pro to use your templates?
Nope! All of my templates are designed to work beautifully with the free version of Canva. If there’s ever a Pro element, I’ll note it and recommend a free alternative.
How do I schedule my 1:1 consulting call (if included)?
If your bundle includes a consulting call (like the Nonprofit Kit), the download file will contain a link to book your session. You’ll have 60 days from purchase to schedule it. If you have trouble finding the link or booking your call, just reach out!

Do you offer custom design work?
While I no longer offer full-service design, I do occasionally take on template customization or content strategy sessions. Message me with details and I’ll let you know if I can help!
