"Because when you’re neurodivergent, no day goes quite the way you expected it to—and your outfit should be ready for the pivot."
I’m Lou, the founder of Divergent Days, a late-diagnosed ADHDer, part of the LGBT+ community and parent to an ND child based here in the UK.
For years, I felt like I was constantly "falling behind" because my brain didn't follow the linear path society expects. I named this shop Divergent Days as a nod to that reality—the sudden pivots, the executive dysfunction hurdles, and the unexpected dopamine detours that define our lives.
As a late-diagnosed adult, I realised that the world is often too loud, too bright, and too itchy. I started creating these T-shirts because I wanted a "wearable reset." I wanted clothing that advocates for rest and self-care without saying a word, and fabric that feels as gentle as the message it carries.
At Divergent Days, we don't do hustle culture. We do dopamine-first designs, sensory-conscious comfort, and bold affirmations. Whether you’re navigating your own late diagnosis, raising a neuro-sparkly human, or just trying to survive a loud world as an ally, I’m here to help you wear your advocacy on your sleeve and find your comfort in the chaos.
Our shirts are more than just cotton and ink; they are a signal to the rest of the collective that it’s okay to slow down, reset, and be exactly who you are.
