1 out of 5 starsThis is just a short PDF template of a not very good “manual.” It’s hardly a manual at all and one can probably do better on their own following lots of free templates online. Don’t waste your money on this.

it’s unfortunate that the buyer did not review the listing prior to purchase. every page of the template is posted in the listing and instructions are provided on how to take the PDF and upload to Canva to edit into a custom guest manual.

5 out of 5 starsThis download has taken my Short Term Rental to the next level. I opened it in canva and could edit it to whatever needs I had. It was easy to change colors, and provided a solid template for me to play with to make a beautiful manual for my guests! This is such an affordable way to provide info for guests vs. Paying fees for an app for guests to download with the same info. Thanks again for a great product!

It's unfortunate that buyer did not read instructions on how to use this purchase. I tried to help the buyer with their purchase by walking through Canva instructions with her but she gave up and gave me a bad review.
