I haven't received my package yet?
Occasionally the post office is slightly behind with delivery times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, however please contact us with any issues.
Please be aware the post office does not deliver on weekends, therefor we cannot count weekends as delivery days.
Customs may want to hold onto your package when crossing the border which may delay delivery.
Please be aware of Holidays, as they delay delivery times.
How long does it take to make my item?
We work very hard to ensure your order is made within 2-4 days after placing your order.
If you need a rush order, please contact us prior to your purchase.
Care instructions
We recommend washing all collars by hand in a sink with mild detergent and COLD water, hang to dry.
We spray our collars with a pet safe spray which allows our collars to repel dirt better. This is why we stress cold water, as hot water can ruin the repellant.
ECO CANVAS COLLARS ONLY can be lightly scrubbed with a toothbrush if your collars is really dirty.
We highly recommend washing your doggies collar when it gets dirty.
Bows can be hand washed in the sink with cold, soapy water and laid out too dry.
