Most items in my shop are digital downloads or printable stationery, which means no physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the listing description. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.

Yes, I also offer fully custom orders :) If you’re looking for something more personal, I can create a design specially for you, whether it’s custom stationery, an invitation, or an illustrated piece for a wedding, birthday or another celebration.

Yes, all illustrations and decorative elements are created by me digitally. Every design is drawn with care to give it a personal and original feel.

Yes, you can print your files at home, at a local copy shop, or through an online printing service. Most print shops should be able to print the included file types without any problem.

You may print your files as many times as needed for your own personal use. The files are not licensed for resale, sharing or commercial use.

At the moment, I focus on digital and printable stationery, so printing is usually arranged by the buyer.

Due to the nature of digital products, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once files have been downloaded, sent, or work on a custom order has already started. If you have any issues with your order, please message me and I’ll do my best to help.

You are welcome to use your files for your own celebration, such as a wedding, birthday or other special occasion. You can print them and use them as part of your stationery for personal use. The files and artwork may not be resold, shared, redistributed or used commercially. All illustrations and designs are created by me and remain the property of Dove Paper Studio.

If your order includes an editable template, the access period will be stated in the listing description. I recommend editing, downloading and saving your final files soon after purchase.
