Hi, I’m Janita, the creator and designer behind Drop & Dash Studios.
Operating from my desk in the beautiful hill country of Dripping Springs, Texas, I’ve always been deeply passionate about creating systems that make life run smoother. Whether it is building mobile-friendly automated workflows or organizing complex projects, I firmly believe that technology should reduce our mental load, not add to it.
That exact belief is how Drop & Dash Studios was born.
Looking at the digital download space, I noticed a massive gap in how we plan our biggest life events. On one side, you have static PDFs and complicated spreadsheets. They might look pretty, but they are incredibly clunky to use on a smartphone and they don't actually do any of the heavy lifting for you. On the other side, you have dedicated planning apps that require you to download bulky software, create accounts, and commit to frustrating monthly subscriptions.
I wanted something that lived perfectly in the middle: the power and smart automation of a real app, with the one-click simplicity of a simple digital download.
So, I started coding single-file interactive web apps.
