Are your shirts printed on demand?
Yes.
All items are made to order specifically for you using print-on-demand production. This allows us to avoid overproduction and reduce waste.
Each shirt is printed after your order is placed.
How long does processing take?
Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.
Once printed, your order is shipped from the United States. Delivery time depends on your location within the US.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
However, your satisfaction matters.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing/printing issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the problem. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Since items are custom printed, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing mistakes.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart included in the listing photos before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted:
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
2. Send a clear photo of the issue
3. Include your order number
We will arrange a free replacement or refund promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within a short window after purchase (before production begins).
If you need to cancel, message us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

We use high-quality Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts.
