I bought this as a gift for a friend. He says it is "freaking awesome", "very well done", and "the presentation is really cute." I didn't get to see the fossil for myself, but I was blown away by Dustfull's customer service. The post office lost Charles (absolutely not the seller's fault); when I let Dustfull know, she worked with me to try to locate the package and checked in regularly to see if he'd been found. When it finally made its way back to the seller -- two months after it was lost -- she offered me a refund or said she'd send it back to my friend. When I chose the latter, the seller had it shipped the very next business day. The package arrived very quickly, and the seller even included an extra little gift in the package for my friend's patience!
