Hi, I’m the creator behind Everyday Planora 🌿
This shop was born from my own journey of trying to live healthier while feeling overwhelmed by confusing food rules, long diet lists, and information that wasn’t easy to follow. I wanted something simple, clear, and realistic — food guides that actually make everyday decisions easier, not harder.
I started creating printable because I believe planning is powerful. When you can see what to eat, what to limit, and what to avoid, everything feels more manageable. Whether it’s diabetes, prediabetes, low-carb eating, or clean eating, my goal is to turn complicated nutrition advice into calm, easy-to-use charts anyone can understand.
