4 out of 5 starsI ordered a cherry bucket hat and received a strawberry hat, I attempted to contact them but never heard anything back. The hat is very cute even though it was the wrong one. She also shipped it to me very quick because I wanted it for my trip. Other than that I’d say it’s still pretty good.

Sizing details
All the ears are intended to fit adults but can also be shared with kids, as I haven’t yet gotten any issues with them not fitting kids. They are similarly in size to the Disney Park Ears but with a more flexible headband to make for a comfortable pair to wear all day! Also, velvet ribbon lines the inside of the headband to also provide extra comfort and to keep the headbands up in place.
Return Policy
I do NOT accept returns/exchanges because every item is handmade. If issues arrive about the product and it arrives already damaged please message me between 24-48 hours with a picture and I’ll make sure to replace it. Please be kind ☺️
Will they slip off my head during my day at the parks?
Velvet Lining the inside of the headband should provide a lot of support from keeping them from slipping. However they will slip if you have a much slimmer head like myself and/or if you have super fine, and silky hair. However you can try placing the ears further back on your head so that they are able to stay upright. I also have the same issue with even the parks’ Minnie Ears so if you have that issue you might with these too.
My ears don’t look exactly same as the one in the picture..?
As mentioned in many of the ears with patterns, all the ears will not exactly the same to the one in the picture since all the ears are handmade and each one will look different. If you’d like to exchange it in this case (being the only exception) I will exchange it and will make another pair to your liking however you will provide shipping for the ears back to me. This means that you will have to pay for shipping once again.
My Butterfly Fantasy Ears don’t have the same placement as the ones in the pictures?!
As mentioned in the product description, Butterfly placements will be unique to every pair especially the rainbow butterfly ears which will differ in color + butterfly placements!

Our processing time to make an order can take
at MOST 2 weeks but i try to get them out and ready to ship in 13 Business Days, not including weekends OR holidays!
