5 out of 5 starsWhen I open the .svg file in my design software it is just a black box with no way to remove the black background. It shows as only one layer and not a true cuttable svg file. Really disappointed that I can't cut with this. Amending my review to state that Shop Owner contacted me right away, apologized, fixed the file and got it to me. It now opens as it should in my cut software and appears that it will work just fine. Thank you so much for making this right!!!

1 out of 5 starsabsolutely doesn't have a transparent background! Has a black square and isn't a true svg where you can edit the black out. FALSE advertising

Hi Jessica! We're sorry for the confusion! Both the SVG and PNG files have fully transparent backgrounds. What you're seeing is your file viewer showing a dark background behind the transparency, which is completely normal and does not affect the file itself. Please open it in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, or Canva and you'll see it works perfectly! We are happy to walk you through it step by step. Please reach out before drawing a final conclusion. We respond fast and would love to make this right!
