4 out of 5 starsI would have purchased a larger one if I could afford it because I absolutely love this design! Although the description clearly states that it's printed, you should note that this rug is completely flat, polyester fabric with a faux "wool" printed appearance. The reverse side is a type of foam-padded material that makes the rug comfortable to step on. If you are looking for a soft, plush rug with even just a minimal amount of fluff, this is not for you. I might have to purchase a second shag rug for my dog - disclaimer for any pet owners out there.

4 out of 5 starsI did 4 stars on quality due to the rug looking as though it is a lifted knotted rug and not a flat printed on rug which it actually is. The lines on the picture make it look raised but it is not so that was a little disappointing upon opening it. But, I do get a lot of compliments on this rug still!

🫠 How to flatten your rug from a secure packaging?
We received feedback from customers about some of the rugs they received; they noticed creases after unfolding them from the secure packaging.
Don’t worry! Since the rug is foldable, it may develop serious wrinkles & creases. Give it some time, leave it flat for a week or two! You can also throw it into the washing machine, with the top surface folded inside, to prevent damage or color fade.

🤯 Who design everything?
I am the artist and created all the artwork and products in the shop and on the website.
All textures on the art prints and rugs are hand-painted and printed in the final product. This includes fluffy, embroidered, textile, and tufted textures found on all rugs and art prints. You can expect your art print to be lay-flat and your rug to be a 3mm low-pile, smooth, plush home decor item.
🤔 What are you expecting after the purchase?
A. RUGS
Our "made-to-order" printed rug features a soft, smooth, plush, and flattering texture and is crafted from 100% high-quality polyester chenille, making it durable for indoor and outdoor use. It may have a distinct odor upon arrival due to manufacturing, which will dissipate after a few days of airing out.

Each item takes 2-8 Business Days to produce before shipping. You can also check the estimated shipping days while checking out, particularly from where you are currently purchasing.

For physical art prints and area rugs, there’s a 14-day money-back guarantee for the return of the following situation: misprints, damage, wrong size, or receiving incorrect items. We only accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your art print. We are happy to help!

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We totally understand that receiving a damaged or defective item can be a bummer! If that happens, don’t worry—Reach out to us, and we’ll make it right!
We strive for perfection in every piece we create! However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out with the images attached.
This process may take a few working days, but rest assured—we’ll take responsibility!
🫥 What materials are your rugs made of?
Our rugs are crafted from high-quality, upcycled, eco-friendly materials, including 100% polyester chenille, which is recognized for its softness and durability.
Don't worry if your product has a bit of a smell when it arrives! This is completely normal and usually comes from the manufacturing or printing process. Just let it air out for a few days, and the smell will fade away. Enjoy your new item!
🧹 Care instruction
・Use a washer with a capacity of 3.8 CU FT or larger. Wash with mild, non-bleach detergent.
・Before washing, fold the rug so that the printed surface is facing inward to protect the design.
・Machine wash at a temperature of 30°C (86°F) or lower on a gentle cycle.
・Air dry or natural dry.
・For spills or stains, spot clean with a damp cloth or use a non-alcohol wet wipe.
・For tough stains or delicate rugs, consider professional dry cleaning to preserve the rug's quality.
・Avoid using a heavy-duty vacuum with a beater bar or brush.
・Do not bleach.
・Do not use fabric softener.
・Do not iron.
